Sale of goods

All sales are final and non-returnable except through the actual manufacturer and only as permitted by their warranties. Shipping will be free in the contiguous 48 US States,  unless stated otherwise on all items.  Orders outside the US 48 may expect a call or should initiate a call to work out shipping details and will be required to pay their shipping invoice prior to the order being fulfilled.

Sale of Chiropractic equipment

IT Services & Solutions, the precursor, and subsidiary of Laser Clinical Technologies is an authorized dealer / re-seller of all items offered on the website and in the catalog of Pivotal Health Solutions and their various brands.  Pivotal will honor all benefits and warranties provided to similar purchases of their dealers who poses state distributions rights or agreements.  Laser Clinical’s agreement is to sell only to existing customer or those curated by an original solicitation of products not provided by Pivotal Heath Solutions or their brands.  Click here to see their current catalog.

Sale of subscription based IT Services

Subscriptions may be canceled by the customer before the start of the next billing cycle and refunds will only be granted in a prorated fashion, where Laser Clinical has failed to live up to our commitment to excellent and outstanding service.  All services are offered strictly on a best effort basis, user agrees to hold Laser Clinical strictly and completely not liable or culpable in anyway for the errors of their own internal users, or actions of any other party unrelated to Laser Clinical Technologies.  Customer accepts that no computer or computer  system that is fictional is entirely secure or with out error by the essence of their nature.   Laser Clinical by it’s nature is a remote managed services provider of computers and IT infrastructure and only errors or concerns related to the covered systems which my their nature can be managed, repaired, or secured in a remote fashion are covered in the standard 24×7, Helpdesk offering.  Engineering services that require tasks beyond remote user assistance, or intervention in the management, repair, or securing of existing systems may be arranged for by separate agreements.  Any service that must be done exclusively by Laser Clinical Technologies or our agent, at the customers site shall not be covered by the standard 24X7, Helpdesk offering.  Customers and their employee users may be asked to carry out simple instructions to support the actions and efforts of remote technicians, like power cycling a device or providing basic info displaying on a device to the agent in order to prevent a remotely resolvable task from becoming an onsite engineering task.  

Sale of Remote or Onsite IT Engineering Task and Project

All projects and tasks from graphic design, copy writing, document creation, print ad creation, video editing, web design and hosting, network upgrades, cloud migrations, server migrations, perpetration testing, web perimeter hardening, and other non-Helpdesk type services will be quoted and delivered to the specifications of the client and shall be separate and in addition to existing service subscription type purchases and payments.
